Location for our purposes was perfect. It was only 6-8 minutes depending on traffic from my families home. While also conveniently located within 5-15 minutes from practically anything you could need (food, essentials, coffee, gas, etc etc). Very clean! Clear instruction for entrance that may have otherwise been slightly confusing without clear communication. Would 100% book Joshua's place again if available for the next visit 🙂

I enjoyed my stay there. At Michael’s very nice small downstairs unit. Private, and peaceful, very cozy. You can hear the upstairs move around every so often. Im pretty laid back it didn’t bother me. I hope I wasn’t loud or possibly bothered them. I hung out watched world poker tour and ordered a pizza me. my buddy and I hung out played bluegrass for an hour or two. I fell asleep was so cozy I slept in through my alarm. They were completely understanding. I hope I didn’t cause any fees with the cleaners. Cheaper than a hotel room. Would definitely do business again. Thank you for the hospitality -Drew

Fantastic location and great value. Check-in was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The space is thoughtfully appointed, with the garage-style door opening to the balcony off the bedroom being a particularly fun and unique feature. It was also much roomier than the photos suggested. This was a perfect home base for a short weekend in Lexington. Note: It was a quiet weekend at Rupp Arena during my stay, but I can imagine the area gets lively during events. Fortunately, the hosts provide earplugs and a white noise machine in the bedroom, which is a thoughtful touch.

A super cozy stop for our long drive. It's perfectly located where the town square was walkable and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Stayed here for a month while transitioning to Cincinnati. Excellent spot on the edge of OTR and downtown. Street parking is easy to find if you are looking to save money. Felt secure with a locked building along with the lock on the unit itself. It is downtown, so it can be noisy, but there is a window AC right next to the bed, which helps drown it out. Neighbors were great and lots of good restaurants within a short walk.

Love the place. Exceptionally clean! Great location! Hosts made the extra step to have sparkling cider, nuts and cookies for their guests! I love the kind gesture. For all these great reasons, my rating is a 5! I will be making annual trips to Cincinnati and I will return to stay here!

Roomy, clean, peaceful sanctuary close to Earlham College. Very comfortable & homey. Make a point of spending some time in the soothing backyard area, if possible... and some time sitting on the balcony, if the weather permits. It was rainy during my visit, but the balcony would be a great place to enjoy an evening beverage and/or morning coffee or tea. Pat was very welcoming & hospitable to me and my two small dogs. So happy to have found this place!

I love Maureen and Ben’s little apt s, They are very comfortable and peaceful.. I love the decor🙂 Maureen and Ben provide all you need to accommodate your stay. Their store offers a variety of tasteful coffees and teas,and other healthy, delectable food items. I highly recommend their place.. We will be back to visit.

This was probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in from a cleanliness, comfort, and preparation standpoint. From labels on everything to great bathroom products to good communication. This was a 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be coming back to stay here again.

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

This was our second time staying at Edward’s AirBnB because our last experience was so great. The house is beautiful and clean, in a good location, and Edward was a very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again for having us!

Wonderful location outside of Terre Haute. Roomy place for 5 people. We all enjoyed fishing in the lovely pond and playing pool in the large living area. The deck was enjoyable with the fire pit and a grill. We will definitely try to return next year.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

The space was very cozy and great to kick back and relax. The hot rob was very nice. The home theater setup was awesome! My friends and I kicked back and watched sports for a while. The giant love sacs were a nice touch!

this is a very nice place in old house but very thoughtfully remodeled parking was easy all in all a nice stay!

The Treehouse was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our honeymoon. The place was Tidy, Stocked, and lovely. The host was amazing, attentive and so hospitable. It was a truly amazing experience and made a for a perfect week and aim to comback some time. All the best and 10/10, perfect for a couples get away.

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

Annette was so helpful! I accidentally forgot a load of laundry in the dryer after I checked out. She was quick to reach out and let me know before I drove too far away!

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

It’s so beautiful peaceful and relaxing here! Absolutely lovely and perfect for a relaxing quiet getaway surrounded my nature in a homey cabin with a nice hot tub. Very comfortable and kind and friendly hosts. Nice swing and chairs and tables outside too so it’s really a paradise! The black out curtains help you sleep in too. And the free breakfast items are so thoughtful!
