Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

Tastefully decorated unit perfect for a relaxing retreat. Great for couples, travelers, or girlfriend getaways! Internet available but spotty due to rural location. Large private hot tub and firepit surrounded by woods and corn! Firewood provided at no charge. It’s only a short drive, or slightly longer hike to Griffy Lake, only one mile to IU Health Bloomington hospital, and minutes to I69.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
