We had a fantastic stay here! Place was awesome, location was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. We left a golf bag behind and Lisa was incredibly proactive about getting it back to us. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The place was beautiful! It was right near lots of things to do but set off enough to feel private. Quiet neighborhood and a very kind host.

Great location, great stay! I loved that this place had two full bathrooms as it gave me and a friend our own spaces. There was plenty of hot water for us to shower back to back. Ben had coffee grounds for us with a coffee maker which was perfect for the mornings. There’s a cute walkable breakfast spot called Java Jukebox that we went to and all our dinner locations were within 2 miles. The home itself is basic and just what we needed. It was clean and we enjoyed using the patio table in the backyard.

This is the best Air BnB experience I've had in Kentucky. The place is huge. I'd estinate it at 1500-1600 sq feet. The location in Lexington's North Side is ideal for travellers as it is close to Transylvania, Downtown Lexington, and the Interstates. The neighborhood is Kentucky's best representation of urban living and gentrification. The hosts were responsive.

Absolutely stunning stay! This was truly one of the most beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable homes I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt intentional. From the stylish decor to the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience even more special. The location was perfect, and all three bedrooms were peaceful, private, and had blackout drapes for a great night’s sleep. I feel so lucky to have stayed here and genuinely can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly exceptional place to stay!

This was our second stay in 9 months. It was just as nice the second time. David and Andrew are very responsive hosts. Everything is very clean. The beds are so comfortable. It's nicely decorated and has everything you need for a home away from home feel. The location is perfect for visiting Lexington. It's just minutes to get to UK, downtown Lexington and Chevy Chase. We will definitely stay again.

The Troy House is in the lovely little city of Troy, OH. There are so many places to dine and things to do. There are trains that cut through the town but they were of no consequence to our stay and enjoyment of this pristine home plus Colista and Grant have provided you with earplugs, sound machines, etc, if needed. My family has stayed at many rentals in the past and this is the first time that it would be impossible to list all of the amenities that this home offers. The house itself has been lovingly renovated. Many of our previous rentals were, quite frankly, “furnished” with the bare essentials. The Troy House has carefully and meticulously taken into consideration anyone’s wishes. Literally, it offers guests everything they could possibly want &/or need. We have NEVER been in a rental that is spotless, The Troy House is immaculate. As hosts, Colista & Grant, were especially kind and accommodating. This Airbnb is not just a house, it is a home and we hated to have to leave.

This is a charming location in downtown Lexington. The pictures are accurate, and the home is cozy. The owner is extremely responsive to questions, and it was a good stay.

Nice property. Easy to find. Clean. Spacious. Has everything you need. The listing and pictures are accurate. It's also accurate that you'll use all the steps. Garage and one bedroom on the ground floor. Living, dining, kitchen, laundry, half bath on the second floor. Third floor has the master, second bed and full bath and loft. 10 foot ceilings on the second floor adds a couple stairs to your daily cardio. Access to the garage is a major plus. Great coffee shop right across the street and other shops and places to eat within walking distance. It is just south of a major street. It happened to be closed due to construction during our stay but traffic noise is still noticeable most of the time. Regardless, this property is in a great location to get to so many fantastic places within 5-20 minutes. Definitely would stay again.

Gerri was great with communication. We had some outdoor plans for the morning before we could check in. It ended up being a little cooler but luckily Gerri messaged me that we could check in early. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was just as pictured. Very comfortable accommodations including very nice furnishings and very nice bedding. Thank you for providing coffee and creamers to make our first morning very pleasant. We enjoyed sitting out on the sunny balcony with coffee in the morning. We also appreciated being able to park in the attached garage. Great location close to downtown and Monon…walkable to Garage food hall and Mass Ave. We would be happy to stay there again..thank you!

Great experience and beautiful place to rest. Right down the street from the fire station so it was a bit noisy especially at night. Great host and would stay again.

We really loved staying at Marcus and Amber’s home! It is beautiful, very clean and a great location to downtown Lexington as well as The Kentucky Horse Park. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the decor! Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows, travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion supplied. As for the neighborhood…..It’s a short drive to Distillery Row. We went to James E Pepper and learned so much about the distillery plus tasted the bourbon. The Manchester Hotel and its roof top bar are right around the corner! We were visiting Kentucky for The Kentucky 3 Day Event which is the BEST Weekend ever! We will definitely be back! Thank you to Marcus and Amber for welcoming us and making our experience in Kentucky easy! Your suggestions were helpful and you communicated to us quickly!

We stayed for the weekend for my Birthday with family. Great location, 5-15 minutes from all the Indy attractions. The house was very clean and very well decorated. Plenty of places to in the house to hang out comfortably.

We had a lovely girls weekend and rented both levels. Both upper and lower locations were spotless and beautifully decorated! The location was fantastic. It is walking distance from many restaurants, coffee places, shopping, bars and the main attraction was the Big Four bridge! We road our bicycles into Louisville for sight seeing and lunch. This is a spectacular place to stay and our hosts were great!! All my girlfriends were extremely happy and impressed with our stay, thank you!

In would highly recommend Nina’s home if you are in the area. The location was perfect, the communicate was flawless and the home was exactly as described! There was food and entertainment in walking distance. The garage parking gave extra comfort during our stay. I LOVE the decor selections in her home as well. Overall a true 5 star review! We enjoyed our trip so much we will be back!

Great place for a family event! Great neighborhood and beautiful decor in the home. Amazing views of downtown Cincy just down the street from the house. Was a bit worried about not having dedicated parking but finding close on-street parking turned out to never be an issue!
