Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Casa Francesca liegt leicht erhöht mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand von Monte Gogoni und der Lagune mit ihren Flamingos. Hier wohnst Du ruhig und kannst völlig entspannen, während dich die Sonne von Morgens bis Abends verwöhnt. In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche.
