This cottage's loft apartment is located a block away from Historic Walnut Street and is 1 mile from MSU, Drury University, Evangel University, and Springfield Expo Center. With many restaurants in the area and minutes away from downtown nightlife, this is a fantastic location only 5 minutes to Highway 65 or less than 10 minutes to I-44. With WiFi, washer/dryer, Roku TV with Netflix, all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, Keurig and coffee maker, you will have all the amenities you need!

It includes the entire third floor of our landmark Victorian on historic Walnut Street, central to the most vibrant parts of town. Beautiful historic Loft

Come stay with us in this beautifully restored historic loft with upscale amenities. Located in the heart of Downtown Springfield. This luxury loft was once a historic building dating back to 1920’s and still boasts the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. This loft will sleep 4 with a king bed, futon, and pull out couch. There is one bathroom and a wash room with washer and dryer. The loft is Walking distance from fine dining, breweries, night clubs, coffee shops, and so much more!

Historic C-Street - West End Loft #1

Our cozy loft apartment is located on Historic C-Street in Springfield, Missouri. We are within walking distance of The Savoy and Firehouse No. 2 wedding venues and close to many local restaurants and shops. We have a mounted lock box that allows you to get in the apartment at any time of night. High speed internet and cable television is also provided. Close enough to walk to Big Mama's, White River Brewery, Eurasia Coffee and Tea, and Askinosie Chocolate among many.

Beeman’s Loft gives you a view into the mid-century look at Historic Springfield. This two bedroom loft living space includes a private deck perfectly suited for an Urban sunset evening, including grill and chiminea.
