Escape to our private lake house resort in Burrton, Kansas, just 25 minutes from Wichita. Enjoy swimming and fishing in the lake, a UTV sand dune park, a professional gym, and a lighted pickleball and basketball court for day or night play. After a workout, cool off with a swim or relax by the outdoor fire pit. Inside, gather in spacious living rooms, a full kitchen, bar area, and pool table. With 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and space for up to 16 guests, Burrton Lake is perfect for family and friends.

Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The Sparrow is a large home with unique features you will certainly enjoy! It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins) fit for up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 unique sun rooms to spend your quiet time and a large living room with TV and classic furnishings. The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

The Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana is an updated secluded cottage + separate apartment suite (cabana) located just 5 miles from town, set on a knoll overlooking natural prairie grass with woods and creek behind. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.
