Honestly, it was such a lovely stay and experience, and you dont have to worry about hearing noises from cars/trains as the windows are double glazed Its extremely peaceful and quite! The skyline view is gorgeous I came here as a get away from the city and worked from home! It was so clean and cosy! Very secure and you feel super safe Will 100% book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. They provided everything we needed for a short vacation! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We definitely recommend it!

The accommodation was a nice safe place to live in and there was a lot of privacy. All basic utilities were available and the host as well as the staff and the security guards were very open and helpful. There is a Tesco supermarket just next door to the building which was convenient, and sevral transportation services were all within walking distance. There is also St. Chad's Catholic cathedral within 10minutes walking distance for those who are interested in visiting a church. In conclusion I was very comfortable during my stay and very quickly felt at home.

Como el anuncio se publicita con parking, creí que estaba incluido en el precio. No es así, hay que reservarlo y pagarlo aparte. Probablemente fue un error mío, pero creo que debe quedar claro. Un barrio muy animado, cerca del centro y una distribución del apartamento muy cómoda, con un muy buen equipamiento. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cafetera. Hablamos con la recepción y nos dijeron que podíamos usar la que había en las zonas comunes.

Had a lovely stay for a short weekend trip in Birmingham. A very well presented little studio flat, perfect for short stays in the city. Had all the amenities you could need and was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again. Had a small issue with the wifi connection but seemed to have resolved in the morning so may have been a one off problem.

Umer helped us when a previous host cancelled on us with no warning at the last minute. The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. If you’re looking for a peaceful night, definitely look elsewhere. But if you like easy access to some great food and drink locations, and want the comforts of home. Then this is the place for you. Everything we needed was in the apartment Umer met me and checked me in at the agreed time. Can’t fault him as a host or the apartment as a perfect location. Will definitely be using again in the future

We loved our stay here! We would highly recommend, staff were really friendly Sad times reception and in the pool! The pool is lovely and we had it all to ourselves. Highly recommend and super convenient for the national arboretum museum and would recommend a visit to Barton marina if you are that way for lunch. The bar was a little pricey, £17 for 2 gin and tonics! That’s the only grumble, still 5 stars ⭐️

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment, which is modern, comfortable and in an extremely favourable location, close to bus and tram links and right next to the Brindley Place complex with all its attractions. The apartment was immaculately clean and quite spacious, with a great view over the city. Jess was a very good host, with everything clearly explained from the outset, and many nice touches such as toiletries, towels and other supplies. Definitely to be recommended.

Literally a home away from home. we stayed for a month, we cooked, slept and washed our clothes, the basics we needed was right there. We even got to watch the Euros finals game on TV! Sam is the nicest most accommodating person in the world, made us feel welcome and at home and always asked about us even in his busy schedule. everything about the place was so thoughtful, the number of pillows, the automatic lights, the extension cords and the adaptor sockets. Sam even turned up the heater on the first day because he knew we were from the tropics. The location was spectacular as well, near all the important places like bus stops and train stations. I cannot overstate how happy I am with our stay here at Sam's.

Ann is a commiserate host. Always attentive, hospitable and very knowledgeable. I love coming back and staying at Ann’s lovely home.
