Great stay clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back!

Como el anuncio se publicita con parking, creí que estaba incluido en el precio. No es así, hay que reservarlo y pagarlo aparte. Probablemente fue un error mío, pero creo que debe quedar claro. Un barrio muy animado, cerca del centro y una distribución del apartamento muy cómoda, con un muy buen equipamiento. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cafetera. Hablamos con la recepción y nos dijeron que podíamos usar la que había en las zonas comunes.

The hosts were great. Really responsive and solved any problems really well. There was some renovation work being done in the lobby, so was not perfect, but I reckon it would be great when finished. Best thing not emphasised was the 35th floor views. They are amazing. Amenities were great. Used the gym multiple times, & it was really good. Overall would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Rod was extremely proactive and helpful, he reached out to us as soon as we made our very late booking. He provided all the instructions ahead of time, which was helpful as we had three different parties arriving at different times. He was also very supportive as I wished to charge my EV and use the on-site charger. Rod was an excellent host and I would recommend him and the property again.

Lovely 2 night stay, was perfect for 3 guests as each had our own double bed & bathroom to use. Very spacious, comfortable beds & lovely shower. Had everything we needed. You can easily walk to city centre or take the nearby tram & there are some nice bars & restaurants nearby. There is also a booklet with photos of the building process of the apartment which we found interesting. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and how the keys etc work were provided beforehand & Darren replies very quickly if you need anything. Would definitely stay again thanks!

Logement, parfait rien à redire

Spacious modern apartment, the projector was fantastic especially at night. Secure modern keypad entry to the building. Comfy bed, nice shower and high ceilings, large fridge freezer. Overalls a fantastic place to stay My only criticism is the apparment only has windows to open at the front, and no fans, so if you get hot easily like me the apartment will be difficult to cool. (I brought my own standing A/C unit to fix this)

absolutely fabulous, fantastic location within the heart of Birmingham, easy access to the city and all of its amenities...would highly recommend this property, the host himself was amazing, very responsive, communication throughout our stay was 2nd to none...thank you again for all your help ...
