Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Lovely place to stay in an older, well loved home. Off street parking a plus. Easy to get in with door code. Gorgeous view of the adjacent park. Close to many shops & restaurants. Great neighborhood!

This lovely property is directly on the beach and strand. We watched dolphins offshore from the patio door. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were beachy and comfortable. The beach was beautiful for walking and swimming.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it is always a great place to stay.

Doug’s place was great. Literally steps from the beach and within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. We used Lyft to get around everywhere since everything was walkable or a 15 min drive (balboa park, little Italy). The parking situation was really simple and because the area was so walkable we didn’t have to ever move our car and risk losing a spot. The location was in the heart of pacific beach so it was very busy at night but it was really quiet where the apartment was located. The space felt like a hotel suite with the size and kitchen. Doug gave clear instructions leading up to our stay and gave nice restaurant recommendations. If you go to World Famous for breakfast, I liked the berry French toast. Duck Dive has great brunch. The only thing I will say is that when I was blow drying my hair in the bathroom it did set off the smoke alarm because the bathroom is pretty small so I would dry your hair outside the bathroom.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

I chose this place because of the close proximity to NewMedical Plaza as I got surgery done. This place exceeded my expectations and it was a great recovery home, I stayed about 10 days with a caregiver and the place was very well equipped to cook your own meals, do your own laundry, the place went above and beyond that most of the stuff I had brought on my own I didn’t end up using. The area is also very quiet and peaceful so it made recovery a breeze. It is next to train tracks but out of the 10 days I probably heard it 3-4 times for like a minute or two it did not bother me at all. Martha was very responsive to all my questions and very helpful overall I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it to anyone having surgery and needing a recovery home.

Rich's place in HB is super comfortable for a reasonably priced stay. It's perfect for a couple, close to the beach, quiet, private and the bed was also quite comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay! We were a little unsure about the description at first but it turned out to be in a perfect spot for seeing the charm of some of the older parts of Tucson. We were two women riding our bikes through the neighborhoods and The Loop and ended up being the perfect stay for that! The barrios were about an 8 min ride away and The Loop was about a 15 minute ride to get to. The place was clean and unique. We LOVED the hot tub and the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the company of the cats - made the experience so much more fun. The hosts seem very nice and helpful, they responded really quick when he had a little issue. I would totally stay here again!

It's a beautiful space and the peace and quiet was perfect for us! The home is updated, modern. and very clean. Bob and Carol were very responsive to our questions. Recommend highly and would stay there again.

I booked this apartment for a birthday trip celebration. The overall experience was fantastic! From the booking process to check in and check out all was very simple and smooth. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. They gave me a few dinner suggestions and Bali Hai ended up being a great selection. The home was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. They had a kitchen to accompany for making meals. A nice bathroom with towels for all your needs. A very comfortable bed with a nice size tv to enjoy. The best part was the hot tub with the provided towels! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
