Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

You will be soothed by luxurious bedding on a queen size Tuft and Needle mattress. The space formerly served as an artists studio. Nestled in the privacy of a well tended garden, the property was designed as a sanctuary in the heart of the city.
