Overall great stay. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and great location, close to grocery stores, a great park, and a short drive to Legoland. The pool & hot tub were well maintained. The kitchen had great basic utensils, dishes, dish soap, etc and a sizeable fridge. The host was very proactive and highly responsive. Overall wonderful stay.

The house was just as described and was very clean and spacious for our family. Rebecca timely responded to all of my questions, and I did ask a lot of them!! She also was accommodating when we needed an extra half hour to check out. The mattress in the blue room was the best we’ve ever slept on! I highly recommend this house.

Had a great stay! Everything was as described. Check in was easy and we didn’t have to message Mario for anything during our stay. Amazing community and beautiful views. Would love to stay here again.

Our stay in Oceanside was great. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Kitchen and living area very conducive to family gathering. Listening to the ocean waves with door open was amazing. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to deal with. Great instructions and was to get in and out. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank You!!

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

Had a very pleasant 5-night stay. Great A/C, very clean, comfy, spacious and appeared to be well equipped. Beautiful sunrises and illuminated lake fountains made hanging out on the deck in the mornings and evenings very relaxing. Don't hesitate to consider this property. Tanya was an exceptional communicator!

My three daughters and I absolutely loved our time in Sully’s place. They go above and beyond to make it a very comfortable space-comfy beds, couch, covered area outside, all of the things you could need in the kitchen. We were very pleased with this Airbnb and would definitely stay there again. The pool was very refreshing during the 90+ degree days. The AC kept us cool during the day and night. Thank you Sully for being such a responsive and helpful host!

Great little spot right in Midtown! As regular visitors to Ruidoso, this place will be on our list to stay again. Clean, spacious, cozy, pet friendly, you can’t ask for much more! You might hear a little noise if you have a neighbor upstairs, but to be expected and we didn’t mind at all. The host was so very responsive and kept us in the know of any town happenings. Just one block off of the main strip in Midtown, walking distance to Starbucks and a short drive to our favorite restaurant, Tina’s Cafe. This is a must stay if you’re visiting Ruidoso!
