Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Visit Cheltenham races, the popular Stroud Farmers Market and Five Valleys shopping centre. Discover the picturesque canal and cycle trail. Enjoy a pint in the Woolpack at Slad, an ice cream on Minchinhampton Common. Visit - Forest of Dean, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cotswold Water Park, Brecon Beacons. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

A very modern and comfortable annexe, set in the historic village of Woodchester, just outside the capital of the Cotswolds. Frogmarsh Annexe is a self contained annexe which has a generous size bedroom with double bed with storage, a hanging rail. A lounge area with small sofa and wall mounted tv, Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Tea, coffee,sugar, butter, jams and milk. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Off road parking. Own access to annexe.

Our space is a self contained studio with a bed, sofa, workspace and air con, light and airy it is the ideal base to explore the Stroud Valleys. N.B. THERE IS BUILDING WORK ON OUR HOUSE, THE ANNEXE IS A SEPARATE BUILDING BUT CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE. WORK WILL BE MON-FRI ONLY, BUT THERE WILL BE BUILDING MATERIALS AND MESS IN THE GARDEN. The interior of the annexe will be unaffected, but we have reduced the price to reflect the substandard exterior. Please only book if you understand this.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Potting Shed is a contemporary wooden garden studio nestled at the bottom of my 100 metre garden, located next to a natural woodland area. It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals. The garden has a fire pit which guests are welcome to use. Marshmallows provided on request!
