Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Brooke & Bow Cabin

Tucked among tall trees and lush ferns, Brooke and Bow is a private woodland retreat full of charm and comfort. The open main floor features a cozy sitting area, pullout couch, full bath, full-size fridge, and a sweet little dining nook. Sliders off the kitchen area lead to a peaceful back deck with a small gas firepit beside a trickling waterfall. Upstairs, the loft offers a dreamy full bed. The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Little Red Lake House

Relax with the whole family at this comfy, newly renovated from top to bottom home. We have lakefront access on a very quiet road. The house has all the comforts needed to relax, enjoy and make memories. Our back deck leads to the grill and down the steps to the grass area. walk 20 steps to the water. Brand new kitchen and appliances allow for easy meal prep. Central AC and heat, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, dedicated space for work, paddle boat, 2 paddle boards & fantastic views!

Fern Valley Cabin w/ Sauna

Get away from it all in this secluded off-grid cabin. Inspired by traditional lean-tos and modern Swedish design. This minimal space features a wall of windows that makes you feel like you are sleeping in the trees, while staying cozy and dry. There is also a traditional Norwegian Sauna and stream cold plunge for your relaxation and pleasure. **For winter bookings** This experience is not for everyone, you should be prepared for roughing it. please fully read the other notes.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
