The coastal path is only 5 minutes walk away with easy access to Durleston & walks along the coast westerly to Worth Matravers and Kimmeridge or easterly to Old Harry Rocks and Studland.

Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor.
