The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Sandpiper is a charming, traditional fisherman's cottage which is cosy, quiet & comfortable. It's located in popular Thornham village, known for its characterful houses & excellent pubs & restaurants. The open plan sitting room/kitchen includes sofa, table & chairs. Upstairs features a double bedroom (good mattress) with bathroom & a luggage storage room. Please note the stairs are STEEP, care needs to be taken & are not recommended for those with mobility issues. Parking is across the street.

Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.
