Il prezzo comprende i consumi, la pulizia iniziale e finale. È previsto cambio biancheria e rassettamento della stanza ogni 3/4 giorni, a seconda della durata del soggiorno. Forniamo il necessario per una semplice colazione. Nel periodo da ottobre a maggio non si effettuano i servizi di rassettamento,cambio biancheria e colazione.

The apartment Il Porticciolo is a nice and cozy three-room apartment overlooking the harbor of Porto Cesareo, in the city center. There is no more beautiful place in the small fishing village where you can enjoy the sea view and the typical boats that muttering leave the harbor at dusk and come back at dawn. If you love to wake up early, walk along the promenade to go for breakfast, you can buy directly from the fishermen's hands the fruit of the night spent at sea.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.

Eccellente la sua ubicazione: essendo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, permette di fare il bagno quando si vuole e di guardare tramonti indimenticabili!
