Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. La struttura è immersa in un giardino mediterraneo di circa 7.000 mq. in un contesto di tranquillità e riservatezza, piscina, doccia esterna, un patio ,zona barbecue. All'esterno della casa è presente una piscina per una momento di relax. Alle spalle dell'abitazione vi è una pineta con amache e una panca per poter sostare anche durante la sera con una vista sul tramonto Salentino mozzafiato.

Tre camere da letto, 2 matrimoniali ed una con 2 letti singoli, due bagni ampio salone con cucina, veranda e piscina, grandi spazi esterni, ottima vista mare. Questo spazio unico ha uno stile tutto suo. Ottimo per godere del relax della campagna a 500 metri dalle spiagge di sabbia di pesculuse, meglio note come Maldive del Salento e dal lungomare di Torre Vado. La villa non è adatta ai bambini sotto i 14 anni. Non si accettano animali
