Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

Arnold's place is right in the heart of everything in Graz. Walking distance to a lot of local attractions and great food choices. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out 10 would highly recommend!

David es un anfitrión ideal, pendiente de la llegada y ofreciendo toda la ayuda necesaria. El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo. La limpieza impecable. Y el equipamiento todo nuevo y electromésticos de calidad. Realmente ha sido una estancia gratificante . Solamente comentar que mejorará cuando la escalera de acceso esté terminada. David, gracias y enhorabuena!

Diese Unterkunft war für mich "zuHause". Es war von Beginn an - ein Wohlfühlen das kann ich nicht beschreiben. 🙏💖 Die Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft hab ich selten so erlebt und ich reise viel. Oftmals hab ich die Sonne "durch die Fenster" genossen, draußen war es kalt und unten in Graz war Nebel, das war wirklich ein Geschenk. Die Terrasse ist im Sommer sicher ein Traum und ich kann es noch gar nicht glauben dass die 6 Wochen so schnell vergingen. Ich habe mich zu 100% wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Verbesserung könnte es geben. Das ist der Druck in der Dusche. Ich habe Rasterlocken und es war eine Herausforderung die Haare zu waschen. Mit normalen Haaren sicher kein Problem, doch mit Rasterlocken - langwierig. :-) Für alle die Ruhe suchen, die Natur genießen wollen, ist das der perfekte Ort. Man kann in die Stadt laufen ca.30-45 Minuten je nachdem wie schnell/langsam man läuft. Zurück geht es den Berg hoch, also gleich ein bisschen "Ausdauer". DANKE für alles🙏🍀💞

Super Wohnung für einen Kurztrip oder längeren Aufenthalt in Graz. Top Lage, einfach zu erreichen, klein aber wirklich fein!

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, bei Problemen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung (mit eigenem Bad und Küche) ist Teil einer Wohngemeinschaft mit dem Gastgeber und anderen Gästen. Sie ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, ordentlich und sauber, in praktischer Lage! Auch gemeinschaftlich verwendbare Dinge (große Küche, Waschmaschine) waren immer zugänglich und sauber. Haustierfreundlich! Empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter!

Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100% weiter. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, einfach und unkompliziert. Wir sind mit unserem Sohn (8Jahre) gereist. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, ein Spielplatz ist in der Nähe und man kann gut zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen. Sehr sauber!!!

The apartment was spacious, clean, charming and well equipped. It was in a great location, which was peaceful, close to a lovely park, and close to public transport, the city center and the train station were easily reachable. Julia was kind, and helpful too. Overall it was a great experience!✨

Katharina hat immer sofort geantwortet und war sehr flexibel umd entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was ich gebraucht habe. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr nett eingerichtet und es war angenehm geheizt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren 3 Erwachsenen und 1Kind. Die Unterkunft war perfekt sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es sind gute Tips für Graz und Umgebung in den Büchern und Heften zu finden. Man ist in 3 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle und es ist eine schön ruhige Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

I can't really fault Verena's place for the price, very centrally located with soaring views on both sides of the building. Cosy, nicely appointed and quiet with easy check in, good communication and comfy beds. Recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at this lovely home for four nights at Eastertime. The flat was perfect for two adults with all the necessary things. Especially, separate toilet and shower made living easy. The position was good to go to the city center by foot. It was nice to have a walk in the nearest park Augarten. Overall, this flat was noticeably quiet and if we visit Graz in the future, we will select this place again.

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Christian was friendly and helpful from the start. He sent detailed instructions on how to find and enter the place. We were with a car so I cant really comment on public transport but there were multiple supermarkets in walking distance and neirbourhood was quite. Christian and his place were some of the best parts of our trip. I cant imagine not having a place his to rest, after all the driving, walking and experiencing Air Power 24.

Hello, my experience: Very positive Mr. Vida is so far best provider I’ve met yet. Very fast replies, very friendly and communicative, mr. Vida did wait for us before arrival to be sure that we will get to the correct appartment. And he did even more for us, what I really apreciate. House met our expectations, beautyfull view even from the bed, everything written about this place and house is correct.

The apartement is well equipped, clean and modern. The nature around the accomodation is beautiful. Peter gives a lot of information about programs near to the accomodation.

Super Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr nette Omi die immer für Fragen da war.

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε μου προσδοκία και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου! Το διαμέρισμα είχε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμουν, ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και ασφαλές. Η περιοχή απίστευτη, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε τραμ, γεμάτη ζωή. Η Eva απίστευτα φιλική, απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως και με βοήθησε πολλές φορές, ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα. Θα το σύστηνα και θα επέστρεφα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

El apartamento estaba impecable. Sesacion de confort en todo momento. La zona es muy tranquila pero se accede rapido al centro. Mark nos dio instrucciones muy claras y fue fácil acceder al apartamento. Calidad precio excepcional. Todo detalle estaba cuidado.

The place is beautiful, the host already had the jacuzzi warm for us. She came to walk us through the house and explain everything. The terrace was locked, so we couldn’t go there, but we had a great time doing BBQ and spending time at jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxing.
