The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

The Botticelli House is located in Tremezzo, in the quiet Belvedere area, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The apartment is just a few steps from the Greenway and a short walk from the lake. Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.
