La zona è centrale, di fronte al giardino pubblico, vicino al teatro Rossetti e al viale XX Settembre, grande viale pedonale molto fornito da bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge piazza Unità, se preferite utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, davanti al palazzo c'è la fermata delle linee 6 per Miramare e la 9 per il lungo mare cittadino.
