A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico ad Aosta, di fronte alle Porte Pretoriane a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Aosta. L’alloggio è disposto su due piani: al piano inferiore c’e il soggiorno con angolo cottura accessoriato con tutto l’occorrente e un divano letto a 2 posti e al piano superiore ci sono la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli e il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.

Lo Tzambron-Villetta con vista a Saint Barthélemy

E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
