Welcome to Romagnano, village in Valpantena, just ten kilometers from Verona. Al Sicomoro was born here, a prestigious and charming villa. Relaxation guaranteed. There is a wonderful luxury infinity pool, with a backdrop that recreates the crystalline sea. Near the swimming pool there is a refreshment area with seating and tables and a terrace overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is located in the garden of the villa and is for the exclusive use of guests, possibly shared with us owners.

Unser Haus liegt am Erdgeschoß und ist ca. 135 Quadratmeters, mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 mit Doppelbett und 1 mit 2 Betten), 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche (1 auch fuer Behinderte, 1 im Garage Stock), einer hellen Küche und einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer. Zur Verfügung unserer Gäste Kinderbett, Laufstahl und Hochstühle (Euro 20 insgesamt), Garage und ein schöner Garten mit BBQ. Extra Leinen E. 5 pro Person. Kurtax zur Ort E. 2,80 pro Tag u. Person (kostenlos am siebten Tag und x weniger als 14 jahre alt).

Das architektonische Juwel im mid-century Style liegt in einem exklusiven Privatresort mit großen Garten und Privatparkplatz. Die klimatisierte Villa verfügt über 160 qm Wohnfläche, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Die Villa hat eine große Terrasse mit Lounge und Essbereich, eine Dachterrasse sowie eine Sonnenterasse mit Daybed, alle mit spektakulären Blick auf den See.

Il Castello, our ancient stone farmhouse built around a lovely courtyard, offers rural tranquillity with stunning views across Valpolicella towards the mountains of Lake Garda. The area is famous for its wine & food, and the historic cities of Verona, Venice, Vicenza, Padua and Mantua are within easy access. 4 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms & utility room; well-equipped "cook's" kitchen; living room with open fireplace, and a wisteria-covered terrace set amongst vineyards and olive groves.

Alloggio indipendente e ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. La struttura si trova a Brentonico immersa nel verde delle montagne del Baldo, in 15 minuti si raggiunge il lago di Garda e in 10 minuti si raggiungono le montagne dell'Altipiano. La villetta ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con un ampia zona giorno. E' disponibile una piscina coperta riscaldata funzionante tutto l'anno. E' presente una palestra con Kinesis di Tecnogym. Il giardino offre una vista delle montagne magnifica.
