Lofts als Ferienunterkünfte in Venetian Lagoon

A beautiful and very unique apartment in a fantastic spot! Just 10 minutes from the main section of Venice and 3 minutes from the water taxi drop-off, which was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive, and everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

Une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en couple, avec une petite supérette et un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. À 10 minute en bus du débarcadère, aller à Venise est très simple.

Wenn man eine Unterkunft für vier Wochen sucht, dann muss man sich dort auch wohlfühlen. Wohlgefühlt haben wir in dem Studio, das eine gute Größe hat, interessant möbliert ist und dessen Loggia, vorallem solange es warm draußen war, zu einem weiteren Wohnraum wurde. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt: am Rande der Altstadt, schnell beim Bus- und Bahnhof, den wir ja für alle Ausflüge brauchten. Carlo war, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten, immer für uns erreichbar. Daher können wir die "cozy loft" sehr empfehlen.

Chiara was super helpful and flexible with regards to checking in and out, which is amazing in Venice when you have luggage! The apartment itself was well equipped and really spacious, with a spare bedroom and two bathrooms. I’ve stayed in places in Venice that feel cramped, but this was the opposite. A cute little secluded rooftop terrace too which was a great spot for a breakfast in the sun.

Me encantó hospedarme con Gaby y Giorgio, fue muy amable. Nos recibió excelente, nos explicó detalladamente todo. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio y bonito. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse con ellos. Es un airbnb céntrico.

Eine schöne, stilvolle grosszügige. und ruhige Wohnung mittendrin und zentral in San Marco. So konnten wir tagsüber auch mal zum Ausruhen nach Hause gehen. es war hilfreich, dass wir zwei Schlüssel hatten. Die Kommunikation verlief einfach und direkt, persönlich gesehen haben wir uns jedoch nicht. Wir durften nach Absprache etwas dpäter auschecken was uns sehr geholfen hat. Vielen Dank! Sehr zu empfehlen. Und: Venedi ist surreal schön!

Logement fidèle aux photos voir plus grand en réalité, avec beaucoup de charme. Emplacement idéal, proche des sites d'intérêt mais au calme. Jolie vue sur un canal. Une éponge dans la cuisine serait cependant vraiment la bienvenue.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! We loved all the space for our family of five. The outdoor terrace was lovely and the architecture in the apartment was so unique! We loved the view from the windows onto the canal and the rooftops. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Brunilda was very responsive any time we had a question. We felt like we were living like Venetian royalty in this apartment. We would highly recommend!

We loved the loft apartment and the location! After being in the heart of Venice, it was nice to come back to the apartment, where it was quiet and in a great area to walk to local restaurants. Very nice Apartment, situated at the end of an alley so very quiet. Still very well connected as the next Vaporetto Station is five minutes away. Very uncomplicated check-in an communication!

Gorgeous little attic in the heart of Murano. The host was very responsive and it was great to have someone greet us at the dock! Would highly recommend to others thinking of living on Murano.

It was a pleasure living in David and Lilia's space. There was a completely equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, everything that could be needed for cleaning and laundry. Kitchen and bathroom equipment, lighting, beds — everything was high class, and the overall design of the aparment is very carefully thought. Also there was gas heating on both floors and gas heated hot water so this place was great for a winter vacation (we arrived in the beginning of January). The district itself was quiet and not so filled with tourists, so we preferred it to more central locations, still there were some nice restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes of walk. David and Lilia are friendly hosts and it was a pleasure communicating with them, they were ready to answer all our questions.

A cosy apartment in a beautiful local area which made for a very authentic stay.

Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

Hem estat com a casa. L’apartament té tot el necessari i més per sentir-se còmode. El barri és molt tranquil, fora del tràfec de Venècia, però a només 15 minuts del Ponte dell’Accademia. Té un supermercat just al costat. Jyoti ha estat una amfitriona fantàstica, molt atenta i amable amb nosaltres.
