Lanai opens up to semi private beach and a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. There is Bay access too. Kayaks available for rent. There is a separate apartment above not included. Spend your days fishing from the private dock, paddling one of 4 kayaks, or biking the Legacy Trail with 3 bikes. Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax.

Canal front home in Nokomis, right next to Legacy Trail. Bicycles and Kayaks available to enjoy a trip to the beaches and local islands, please sign waivers before using and send to hosts. Fish right off your dock and enjoy covered Lanai with outdoor fireplace. Nokomis beach (2 miles), Venice beach (2.5 miles), Jetti beach (3 miles). Close to restaurants and historical Venice shopping. This home can sleep up to 8 people. Pets are welcome (125$ pet fee) Please be courteous noise late night.

We are located in Myakka City, FL, which is a short drive to Siesta Key and Lido Beach and Sarasota! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our newly built, unique, air-conditioned cracker cabin. The cabin sleeps 4 guests (2 adults comfortably and 2 children) and is located in the middle of our 1,100 acre working cattle ranch. Step outside and you are right on the Myakka River and can sit by the fire-pit at night and enjoy the sounds of nature. While your visiting, enjoy a kayak down the Myakka River.

This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.
