Sein Name geht auf die Äbtissin Marianna Manzoni zurück, die ihn 1762 grundlegend restaurierte, wie die Gedenktafel an der Fassade bezeugt. Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt und in der Nähe des berühmten Theaters La Fenice. Es ist ideal gelegen, um die berühmtesten, aber auch die faszinierendsten und weniger bekannten Orte des wunderschönen Venedigs zu entdecken. Es wurde kürzlich unter der fachkundigen Leitung der Eigentümerin Luisa restauriert, wobei der romantische venezianische Charakter und die Atmosphäre der Vergangenheit erhalten blieben: Der Eingang befindet sich im vierten und letzten Stock und bietet Blick auf drei Seiten des Palastes. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen bemerkenswerten Blick auf den weitläufigen Campo S. Maurizio, wo regelmäßig ein charakteristischer Antiquitätenmarkt stattfindet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus können Sie bedeutende gotische Gebäude und die gleichnamige neoklassizistische Kirche des venezianischen Architekten Gianantonio Selva mit ihrem majestätischen Glockenturm bewundern.
