Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Verona

We enjoyed our stay at Ursula’s place. The view is breathtaking and it was so relaxing to wake up with the view on the lake Garda. The house was super clean and there was everything to feel at home. Ursula’s friend Ioana welcomed us and showed us the house and gave us good recommendations on things to do in the area. We didn’t use the pool but it was beautiful with a nice view on the lake as well. Nice house. We recommend it for people looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit Pool und dem Grill war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der süße Hund auf dem Gelände hat unseren Urlaub bereichert. Durch die super Lage des Hauses hatten wir die perfekte Mischung an Ruhe und Nähe zu tollen Ausflugszielen, wie Verona oder dem Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war sehr gut. 🙂

The place was spacious, authentic and as described. It is a good fit for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean overall but bits could have been cleaner eg kitchen shelves, blender and the shower which had the steam room. I liked that they provided slippers etc. It was extremely helpful for them to arrange to meet us at the station and take our stuff to the house while we went to Lake Garda and really helpful that we got a ride back to the station on final day. The house is outside of Verona so you need a car or have to take cabs. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Olivia è un'Host senz'altro amichevole e chi ti fa sentire a tuo agio. L'alloggio è rustico come piace a noi; è un ambiente unico soppalcato con un letto matrimoniale (in tot 4 posi letto). Il camino è collegato al riscaldamento ed in questa mezza stagione ha fatto più che comodo. Per essere perfetto lo spazio esterno dovrebbe essere recintato/chiuso in modo da poter lasciare libero il vostro 4zampe. Davanti alla cascina c'è un bel prato ove ci si può rilassare su un'amaca od un lettino all'ombra degli alberi. Unico appunto sono le oche che, se lasciate libere, possono creare qualche problema visto che è un animale aggressivo per natura. Nella zona ci sono svariati sentieri sa corti che lunghi per delle belle escursioni. Salò si raggiunge in 20/25 minuti. Infine, a piedi si possono raggiungere due ottime trattorie ove si mangia più che bene con prezzi onesti.

A very authentic lake view villa with a beautiful and well-maintained garden! In April, we could sit and dine on the veranda which has an exclusive view over the Garda lake. It feels very private as it has its own driveway and entry gate. It’s a 5-min walk to the port where you can catch boats cruising the lake. Around the port, there are also a few restaurants and a small beach. In the opposite direction, just at the end of the road, there are a few other restaurants which are even closer to the house. We did not miss anything! There is also a baby chair and a foldable bed. Absolutely recommend the place!

Lovely house just outside of Sandrà. The house is large with a lovely large garden. It is set just off the main road and is really quiet. Great location to explore all the south of Lake Garda has to offer.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

Das Rustico Berthel liegt in San Zeno mit spektakulärem Blick über den See. Es ist ein umgebautes Bauernhaus aus dem 17 Jahr. Es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und man hat für jede Tageszeit eine Terrasse, die man je nach Bedarf (Sonne oder Schatten) nutzen kann. Ich habe selten so eine umsichtige Vermieterin wie Martina kennengelernt, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Die Bilder sind wirklich wie in echt. Wir haben auch einmal den hot tub benutzt (wird mit Holz beheizt und muss deshalb vorbereitet werden) und es war wirklich fast surreal. Wir können das Objekt definitiv empfehlen.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è comodo, non manca niente. Ci si sposta a piedi per visitare il centro storico. Giacomo ci ha consigliato i posti dove mangiare, fare la spesa e posti da visitare. Grazie Giacomo. Speriamo di rivederci presto.

All was lovely but only if we were told the apartment was on a height and so the walk was hilly plus the stairs to the apartment made it difficult to go up with the bags . We would have packed light . The neighboring dog barked a lot at night which disturbed us a bit . Overall lovely stay and helpful hosts . We enjoyed our stay on the whole .

A lovely place to stay - supermarket just down the road and bus stop across the road to get you wherever you need to go.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat alles, was man benötigt. Bei schlechtem Wetter fehlt ein bisschen ein gemütliches Sofa. Bei gutem Wetter- und wir hatten meistens gutes- lädt der herrliche Garten zum Verweilen ein. Dieser liegt direkt neben dem Bach und man muss nur einmal durch den Campingplatz laufen, schon ist man am See mit herrlicher Promenade und vielen Cafés. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt von Mauro, an Ostern von seiner Frau mit leckerem Gebäck verwöhnt, bekamen frische Wäsche und konnten uns immer an ihn wenden. Also sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Die Wohnung hat viel mehr Charme als man auf den Bildern erahnen kann. Sie wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Alt und modern harmonieren perfekt. Ein Highlight ist die tolle Terrasse. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sollte doch mal was fehlen wird Alberto sicher aushelfen. Überhaupt sind die Gastgeber einfach Wahnsinn. Soo herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich wirklich wohlgefühlt. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt loswandern od man erkundet die Umgebung und freut sich dann abends wieder in diese absolute Ruhe und Harmonie zu kommen. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.

Excelente alojamiento, muy central, un lugar tranquilo, cómodo e ideal para un buen descanso. Gabrielle, es un excelente anfitrión. Respondió a todas nuestras inquietudes e hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy grata. Sin dudas que volvería a este alojamiento.

Superb location,read the reviews which were spot ref the apartment had everything we needed, nothing negative at all ,really was a genuinely great stay checking etc simple the restaurants nearby brilliant ,location for getting around whether that was walking to all Verona sites or getting to the station for a train for Venice,Garda etc really easy. Only down side was we couldn't stay longer. Thank you Gulia and thanks to the local people who were all extremely helpful and friendly.

Hi, we had a great stay - conveniently located for lots of day trips to the Lakes and regional cities. Would recommend booking local restaurants, we were unable to get a table walking in. Many thanks

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Rosanna ist eine sehr sympathische und gut gelaunte Gastgeberin, die stets hilfsbereit war und den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht hat. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet – ideal, um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – vor allem die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Ein echtes Highlight ist der neue Pool – absolut traumhaft und bildschön. Die Unterkunft bietet den perfekten Start für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Kleiner Tipp zur Anreise: Mit einem SUV fährt man entspannter vor!

We enjoyed staying there as a family very much and had a very comfortable week. The house is very beautiful and very useful. Also Fausta is a very helpful lady. She is an incredibly caring and friendly host.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Der große Pool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at the property of Luigi. Before arrival, Luigi was very responsive to all of our questions. During the stay, we contacted him a couple of time and nothing was too much for him. The house is enormous and the pool has an amazing view over landscape. Furthermore, there was an additional service that our waste was picked up every day (included), so we didn’t need to seek for a public facility for waste disposal. All in all, highly recommendable for a fantastic stay.
