Die Wohnung liegt in der einer wunderbaren, belebten Gegend, toller Startpunkt für Erkundungen der Stadt in alle Richtungen. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Louvre ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt. (Frühstücksempfehlung: Café Du Centre um die Ecke. Eigentlich eine Empfehlung für den ganzen Tag.) Das Haus ist groß, sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist die großzügige Wohnung sehr ruhig und toll zum Ausruhen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Eiffelturmspitze ist umwerfend. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist sehr sauber und im Überfluss vorhanden. Wir haben uns gleich bei Betreten der Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Brigitte war sehr nett. Zeitnahe Antworten und flexible Möglichkeiten. Alles einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Brigitte!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

This place was fantastic! Beautiful and tasteful furnishings, everything spotless, great bedding and just about perfect location. Stayed in many European apartments and this street was one of the quietest. Our hosts were super responsive and flexible with check in/out times. I highly recommend!

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as a family of four with two young kids. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Champ de Mars, which meant we could easily visit the Eiffel Tower multiple times and take plenty of photos both during the day and at night. The kids loved it, and we now have so many beautiful family pictures to remember the trip by. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There were also plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance. Getting around the city was very convenient from this location, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our first trip to Paris smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to other families visiting Paris—we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Alban was an exceptional host from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions leading up to our trip, and we felt so lucky to secure his apartment for four nights — it’s booked solid every weekend through July, and now we understand why! The location was perfect, especially for families. The street was quiet and peaceful, yet just steps away from lively restaurants, charming cafés, and all the energy of Paris. We could walk to the Louvre within minutes, and getting around the city was effortless. As for the apartment itself — it was truly a Parisian dream. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful, exquisite details, it had so much charm and character. We can’t wait to return and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

superbe week-end dans sa maison . la piscine, le terrain de pétanque, l'immense terrasse et le clou du spectacle au sous sol avec cette pièce aménagé parfaitement pour faire la fête et d'un excellent goût. j'y retournerai sans hésitation en famille je ne peux que recommander 😀

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in dieci persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto bella, dotata di ogni confort: spazi interni ed esterni molto curati. La casa è molto spaziosa e, pur essendo vicina alla metro e al supermercato, è molto tranquilla. Gli host sono stati disponibili e super gentili. Consigliatissimo a gruppi e famiglie.

Nous sommes venus pour un EVG, et nous avons été impressionnés par ce logement. On en prend plein les yeux dès qu'on a franchi le pas de la porte. Nombreuses activités à faire  : borne d'arcade, console, mur d'escalade, fléchettes, jacuzzi, décorations faites avec goût, magnifique fresque dans le séjour… Tout était parfait et très propre, on aurait pu y rester 1 mois sans jamais mettre le nez dehors. Le plus beau Airbnb que j'ai fait. Je recommande et j'y retournerai très probablement. Un grand bravo au propriétaire pour le travail titanesque réalisé ici.

Hôte très agréable et sympathique, les explications sont très claires. Le lieu est incroyable, la technologie est au rdv ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. Celeste was extremely accomodating and kind, providing us with a Moses basket and bath for our baby too which we are very greatful for. Great location for monmartre. The projector was a great addition! Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft! Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Etagen und ist makellos sauber – alles ist neu, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das exklusive Dachgeschoss mit einer romantischen Badewanne – ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist ideal: Eine Bäckerei ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie ein Metzger und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ist es angenehm ruhig – kein Fluglärm! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – jederzeit schnelle, freundliche und hilfsbereite Antworten. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super flexibel, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut. Das charmante, idyllische Dorf ist perfekt für Familien geeignet, besonders durch die Nähe zum Parc Astérix (nur ca. 7 km entfernt). Auch Paris ist mit dem Auto in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar. kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Très jolie appartement!!!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Ronan est l'hôte parfait par excellence ! Son logement était spacieux, très propre, bien rangé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, je le recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésitation ! Je tiens à le remercier personnellement aussi pour les petites attentions, ainsi que sa réactivité et ses précieuses indications. Le seul Airbnb auquel je met un 20 sur 20 !

Jérome war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und auch bei der Abreise ist er extra zur Schlüsselübergabe vorbei gekommen. Er ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar gewesen. Auch der check-in und check-out waren sehr flexibel auf uns abgestimmt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe von 2 Metro-Stationen und man ist schnell im Zentrum von Paris. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es herrlich ruhig. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind ganz dicht in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.
