The home is on the third floor of a historical building with access to a newly-restored 18th century lift (elevator) which adds to the building’s unique charm. The apartment is located at 4th floor of an historic building (1884) right in front of the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (432) whose enchanting view you can enjoy sitting on the sofa. The central train station of Roma Termini (thus metro station) is less than 10 minutes walking, while the Colosseum is among 15 to 20 minutes. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

Flaminio - Splendida casa con vista mozzafiato!

Nella centrale Via Flaminia, tra Piazza del Popolo, l’Auditorium e il MAXXI, c’e’ la Terrazza di Isabel, un’oasi di pace e relax. La casa e’ bellissima ed accogliente, la vista e’ mozzafiato con il Monte Parioli che si tocca con un dito. La zona e’ ricca di negozi e locali alla moda. Mentre la vita scorre frenetica e vivace per strada, dalla Terrazza non si sentono rumori e si ha la sensazione di stare in un giardino in campagna.
