Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano letto (trasformabile in un letto a due piazze) e terrazza panoramica; camera da letto matrimoniale; bagno con doccia.

In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Die 55 m² große Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer und bietet somit Platz für 4 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem eine Klimaanlage sowie ein TV. Ein Babybett ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zu Ihrem privaten Außenbereich gehören ein Garten und ein Grill.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
