Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für vier Personen. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Smart TV 55 Zoll und voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen und Waschmaschine. Genießen Sie die spektakuläre Aussicht aus den Hauptfenstern des Hauses und beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang, ohne das Bett zu verlassen. Moderne und gepflegte Dekoration, um Ihren Aufenthalt in Casa Playa Chica zu einer guten Erfahrung zu machen. * An Freitagen und Samstagen kann es bis Oktober 2026 aufgrund der Nähe eines unabhängigen Freizeitlokals zu einer erhöhten nächtlichen Aktivität in der Umgebung kommen. Von Sonntag bis Donnerstag ist die Gegend in der Regel ruhig. Die Unterkunft steht in keiner Verbindung zu dieser Aktivität und hat keinen Einfluss darauf. Diese Information wird im Voraus bereitgestellt, um eine transparente Planung des Aufenthalts zu ermöglichen.

Take the whole family with you to our lovingly designed house with its own cactus garden. The house has been completely renovated and furnished, the garden has been redesigned. Spacious rooms, fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun of Fuerteventura on two large terraces. Las Playitas is the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
