C’était super!! Le Airbnb est merveilleusement bien placé! Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, nous avions peur car c’est en plein centre ville dans l’action, mais finalement à l’intérieur on entend absolument rien. Le lit était très confortable et tout était très propre. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande fortement.

Federico’s apartment was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. There was everything that one might need, including umbrellas, chargers, hair dryer, laundry detergent and more. The apartment building was quiet and the area felt very safe. A very cute coffee shop was right around the corner and Carrefour was just a few minutes away. Federico was a great host, always answering quickly and giving us a lot of tips about museums, churches and restaurants in Firenze. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Firenze :)

Emplacement très bien, juste à côté du tram à 4 stations du centre de Florence. Latif nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu stationner notre voiture dans la cour et ne plus la bouger pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est simple et propre. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le lit double très confortable. Florence est une très belle ville.

Sono stata in questo appartamento per il ponte del 25 aprile. Ottima posizione rispetto alla stazione S. Maria Novella, prendendo il tram si arriva con 3 fermate a Redi, da dove la casa dista un minuto a piedi. Il patio interno dove affaccia l'appartamento è molto suggestivo. C'è un bar in una piazzetta a 10mt dove consiglio di fare colazione, ha briosches buonissime. In generale è stata un ottima esperienza.

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartment was lovely, tucked away at the back of the building, which made it quiet and peaceful. I slept so well on the spacious and comfortable bed. The neighborhood felt very safe and was easily walkable. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay again—highly recommend! Thank you for hosting me whilst visiting beautiful Florence.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Esperienza molto positiva. Casa ben organizzata e pulita, vicina al mare ma lontana dal rumore del centro. Tornerei volentieri se fossi in zona. Unica pecca: può non essere facile trovare parcheggio, pur essendo ovunque a pagamento. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Es war wundervoll, unter dem blühenden und duftenden Blauregen (April!) zu sitzen und auf die Küste und das Meer zu schauen.

We werden zeer hartelijk verwelkomd door Franscesca met een lekker hapje en een drankje. In het huisje vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wat wil zeggen dat je de kronkelende weggetjes van de Toscaanse heuvels erbij horen. Wij huurden één dagje Vespa’s in Castellina in Chianti, bezochten Firenze met de trein en gingen ook paardrijden (Crazy Horse Ranch). Natuurlijk genoten we ook van een bezoek aan de wijn- en omijfgaard Il Colle. We rijden dus met extra lekkers naar huis! 🍷🫒

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Location location location!! Easy to get around and there was an underground public parking garage for our car around the corner (There is free street parking too). We walked or easily got a taxi. Would definitely recommend!!! 👌

Siamo stati da Giada per il ponte del 25 Aprile. Accolti da una ragazza sorridente,gentile e premurosa che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e che ci tiene a fare le cose per bene.Appartamento luminoso, ordinato,pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.Posizione tattica in zona pedonale di Scandicci e vicino alla fermata del tram dove in 20 min si arriva in centro a Firenze. Attorno hai bar, pizzerie, gelaterie negozi e un po’ di tutto. Il sabato nella piazza c’è il mercato,un piccolo “Porta Portese “ dove si trova veramente di tutto. Grazie Giada siamo stati benissimo,torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia
