Holiday Home "Sinac" is ideally located between Majerovo and Tonkovic Vrilo, two of the most beautiful sources of the river Gacka, as well as between national parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
