New studio apartment in Rab - perfect for couples

Our studio apartment is located in the old town of Rab directly in the Middle street (Srednja ul) looking to the Down street (Donja ulica) and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi. All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

A home away from home. Apartment "Duga" is on the upper floor of a charming family home located in Duga Resa, it has a separate entrance and a spacious terrace. The apartment is less than 10 min by foot from the river beach and 15 min from the town centre. The entire suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for your safety. Guests with pets will be charged 10€ per night extra for the pet. This fee is separate from your Airbnb bill and will need to be payed to the host before you leave.

Apartman se nalazi se uz obalu jezera iz kojeg se kroz velike ostakljene stijene pruža pogled na samo jezero i okolna gorja. Idealan je za opuštanje i bijeg od gradske vreve. Parovi mogu uživati u intimnosti smještaja, a zbog kapaciteta od 5 odraslih osoba moguća su i ugodna obiteljska okupljanja. Ljeti se može kupati u jezeru i uživati na vanjskoj terasi, dok zima nudi smještaj u toplini unutarnjeg kamina. Grijanje je automatizirano na pelet, dok si za dodatan ugođaj možete korisiti kamin.

Kapazität 2+2, Größe 42 m2, mit einem großen eingezäunten Garten mit Kamin und einen beheiztes Schwimmbad (Mai-Oktober). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

Beatiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a wonderful view. Close to the town, a 10 minute walk with promenade by the sea. The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.

Ovaj apartman nalazi se 2 minute hoda od plaže i starog grada. Pruža jedan od najljepših pogleda na stari grad. Ima besplatan parking. Opremljen je s TV-om ravnog ekrana ,klimom te besplatnim WIFI. Kuhinja sadrži perilicu suda, kuhalo za kavu i toplu vodu, mikrovalnu, pećnicu. Apartman ima galeriju na kojoj se nalazi spavaća soba koja posjeduje krevet i kutak za odmor.

Nalazi se u podnožju brda Humac, na udaljenosti 300 m od rijeke Gacke, s pogledom na istu, istovremeno 10 minuta pješačkog hoda od centra grada Otočca. Na udaljenosti 50 km nalaze se Plitvička jezera, dok se grad Senj nalazi 40 km, a luka Rijeka 100 km zapadno od apartmana.

Nice apartment in a quite and small place with a stunning sea view. You can use a barbecue and a summer house which is near the barbecue and where you can eat. Distance from the sea is 250 m and the nearest town is 5 km but you have 2 restaurants and a mini market near the apartment. It is an ideal place for a peacefull vacation and relax.
