Absolutely delighted with this establishment. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Proximity to the breathtaking beach is a notable advantage. The owners demonstrated exceptional hospitality, accommodating our needs and promptly addressing any queries. I would definitely revisit this location.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and I absolutely love it! It has everything you need if you are traveling solo or with another person. It is so comfortable and peaceful. The space is so well thought out and I love the cozy feeling. A perfect retreat while staying in Sarasota! I hope to be back again…thank you so very much!

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

Home was just as pictures showed. We love to cook our own meals and kitchen had everything we needed. There were even some spices, coffee filters and a few pantry items. Beds were comfortable. We are picky with our pillows so we did purchase new. The living room seating was a little odd and not sufficient for all in our party to comfortably sit if watching the TV but we spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor space was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lanai and outdoor dining area. There were pool toys and noodles for our use. The gas grill was an added bonus and we grilled frequently. The park across the street added to our fun and we walked our pup every morning. Saw plenty of Florida wildlife and chatted with many friendly folks. Overall a win for us and would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Katrina’s vacation house for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. It was in a quiet, relaxing location but still close to everything we needed. Katrina was an excellent host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book with her again!

It was our second year in a row at the Azalea House and we LOVED it both times! The location, house, pool, and amenities were all perfect for our needs. Maria was great! Always got back with us to answer our questions quickly. The pictures online was exactly what place looked like! And her place is located in the middle of everything there was to do, in each direction. We loved that and took advantage of it! We walked the neighborhood almost everyday. Maria lives in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the walks, looking at the houses and how they were landscaped. This was the first time that my wife and I stayed in an AIRBNB for a month. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The only thing that would have made it nicer was getting to enjoy the new couch that was supposed to have been delivered while we were there. I'm sure the next renters will get to enjoy it.

well worth what was paid! cute home with comfortable hot tub and outdoor shower. two rooms with two living areas dining are and spacious kitchen. washer and dryer was a plus. very peaceful, even with an occupied RV on property. host was super responsive, will totally book again if we ended up at ft Myers for another event!

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

Had a great stay. I sure wish I could have stayed a few more days. I would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by Nicole’s apartment. It was extremely clean, lots of towels, linen, well appointed kitchen and everything else needed to make it like home. We didn’t need to buy or bring anything for the beach because we had beach chairs and an umbrella which were in really great shape. The apartment is within a short driving distance to beaches, stores, restaurants and shop. We had a great time and felt right at home. We highly recommend her place to anyone vacationing in the area.

We cannot say enough about what beautiful accommodations, perfect location, and gorgeous private beach! We were visiting our grown children and it was truly the best place to be. Lori and Tim were outstanding with answering questions and the check in and any questions throughout the stay were answered promptly. The staff at the location were all also very friendly and helpful. We would love to return and highly recommend! Such a clean, comfortable and welcoming vacation spot! Thank you Lori and Tim!

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Great location. Nice morning walks to the corner store for a paper or stroll to Siesta Key Beach. Evening on the Bay Oaks pier fishing or sitting on the lanai in the breeze. Would definitely return.

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!
