很乾淨舒適的房源，有KTV、電動麻將、switch 、烤肉設備等應有盡有，大人小孩都喜歡。 房間很寬敞舒適，每間房都有衛浴適合不同家庭一起入住。

這次跟朋友來慶生的，包棟的整體氛圍跟體驗都十分好，玩得很盡興！

房東人超級好，很貼心，環境非常舒適之外設備也非常齊全，是非常適合家庭聚會的好地方。

整體很不錯，床很舒服，前幾天下大雨噴到熱水器導致沒熱水洗澡，房東趕緊開另一間浴室讓我們洗，解除危機～

As a group with elderly and children, Mia's place was very convenient to stay. Large space for everything, accessible to public transport and a very superb view of taipei 101 tower. Albeit must improve on check in procedure and cleanliness, some old stuff inside the house and need minor renovations. Over all we have a nice stay and enjoyable stay.

As others have mentioned, the place is an older building. However, if that doesn't bother you then this place is fantastic. Had 5 people in my group and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was more than enough. 1) This place is about a 2 minute walk from Taipei 101 and the subway station. I'm not sure if you can find a place closer. It's within a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful throughout the night. 2) Very clean kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The place overall is surprisingly spacious. 3) Host was great with clear instructions and very responsive. They were physically there to help us check-in. We had problems with the door lock, and delays with the driver from their shuttle service, and the host quickly helped us with both situations within minutes of contacting them. 4) Was very reasonable for the location. 5) The place offers a washer and dryer. The only issue we found was there isn't a water filter, so you will have to buy water yourself. Luckily the mall is very close.

已經是第二次入住，維護得很好，整潔如新，地理位置優越，從機場直接坐捷運就到，不用轉線，出行非常方便。

This place had the most amazing location - close to two MTR stations, a little park/green area down the street, and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was a bit noisy on certain nights, but you can really only hear it from the bedroom that faces the street. The interior was also newly renovated and spacious, and they do a good job with the storage space. There's both a washer and a dryer on the patio, and you can leave your trash and recycling outside the front door for collection. The only thing that would make it better is an elevator (and maybe a second bathroom). We had a great stay here and would come back next time!

We enjoyed our stay. Jessie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely will stay again when we visit Taiwan in the future.

We booked this last minute when our first place did not meet expectations. Yu was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was perfectly located, very little noise that impacted our stay. Great food and coffee nearby. Close to MRT, walkable to Taipei 101, shopping and the Main Street had any shops carrying whatever you may need. There is a school across the street although the noise level was NOT disruptive. Nice to hear the kids playing in the afternoon. Neighbors were sweet and respectful. Yu was quick to answer questions about laundry. Additionally, this was a great space for the four of us which included 2 kids under 9. With more than enough seating and space for local in-laws to stop and say hi for a quick visit. Would definitely book this place again.

Chloe and her partners were always very responsive to my queries. Their instructions for check in were clear. Their place is clean, cosy and quiet. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay there. There's plenty of eateries around, and Carrefour and family mart is nearby. Will definitely stay again when we go Taipei

My son and I stayed at Kate’s place for five nights. It’s just a two-minute walk from my parents' home, making it very convenient. The place was exceptionally clean and quiet—like a hidden haven in the midst of a busy, noisy city. It was also very comfortable, and we hope to stay there again next time.

The apartment is awesome with nice surroundings. A pity it just rained non stop during my stay there. I hope to be back one day during summer

Ting and Nikola were wonderfully hospitable, friendly, and truly caring. Their spacious and well-equipped apartment, complete with a fantastic 60" TV, was a great place to stay. While the fifth-floor location without an elevator provided a good workout, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great location and conveniently located. The host was very nice to allow early check-in and late check-out which facilitated our planning of journey. Experience at the apartment was phenomenal! Thanks once again for hosting!

It is within walking distance from Simeon Station, and the interior is neat and clean. The view of the riverside was really pleasant, and I was able to create a really enjoyable trip and memories.
