It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

The Annex at New House Farm is situated in Stanton, one of the prettiest villages in the Cotswold. The Mount Inn with its stunning views and home cooked food is a short walk away. Broadway is 3 miles where you will find many shops, cafes & pubs including the Lygon Arms with its new James Martin restaurant. Stratford-on-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's Shakespearian heritage & Cheltenham is 11 miles with excellent shopping good choice of restaurants and its famous racecourse.

Ex - grooms room, in the grounds of a beautiful country mansion. Self contained bedsit/studio with parking. Stabling available at extra cost if you want to turn this into an equine holiday! 4 miles from Tewkesbury and on the outskirts of Twyning, a beautiful location for a country break. Seasonal breakfast ingredients provided, but we are afraid you'll have to cook them yourself! Tea and coffee making facilities also provided. Fresh milk and bread will be in the fridge when you arrive.

The room benefits from a beamed vaulted ceiling, oak floor, new bed and bedding and has a high quality stylish bathroom with robes and toiletries included. A small kitchen area with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toaster etc stocked with breakfast basics and home made bread allows for total independence. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn.
