This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. You will love the ability to park and wander the historic downtown on foot or to catch the Yarts bus into Yosemite! My place is great for a couple.

Located on a private ranch 2miles off of Hwy 41 with walking trails, and lots of wildlife as well as chickens, lambs and a horse! 7 min to the Historic town of Coarsegold, 15 min from Oakhurst and 35 min to the Yosemite National Park southern park entrance off of Hwy 41.
