Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

The apple tree cottage

A cute family cottage located at the beautiful village of Zagora,the capital village of the magical mountain Pelion also known as the mountain of centaurs!The house was built 100 years ago,it has been renovated but we tried to keep its traditional profile!It is located in front of a field full of the famous local apple trees!It's a great choice for holidays all year long as apart from the beautiful places the village is just a few minutes away from extraordinary beaches and the ski center!

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
