Žman is located in the bay called Žmančica, surrounded by hills Gračine , Veliki Slotnjak and Mali Slotnjak. Žman is exceptional due to its fertile fields located in the area of Malo jezero and Veliko jezero, which makes the people from Žman highly skilled farmers. More than 100 years old stone house renovated in 2012,is located in the village of Donji Zemunik, about 14 km. east of Zadar. House for 10 persons : about 150 m2 on two floors, nice garden with heating swiming pool ideal for family holiday. We have domestic animals since recently in our estate. Children can ride a pony,take a fresh eggs or feed the animals. In our neighborhood from this year we have the equestrian club Equo. We can organize riding lessons, riding school and field riding.

Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
