Şairhane evleri; Yoga yapabileceğiniz, kitap okuyup sanatsal faaliyetlerinizi yürütebileceğiniz meyve bahçesi içerisinde huzurlu bir yaşam alanı sunar. Kozbeyli köyü 600 yıllık bir Osmanlı köyüdür. Köyümüz denize 2 kilometre mesafededir. Yeni Foça 8 km. Eski Foça ise 16 km'dir. Foça koyları muhteşemdir. Fula Dağı bisiklet ve yürüyüş yolu köyün içinden geçer. İki insan dostu sevecen köpeğimizle sizleri bekliyoruz.

Rezarvasyon yoğunluğu ve müsaitlik durumuna göre giriş-çıkış tarihlerinde misafirlerimize müsait bungalov verilir.

Diese kleine und ruhige Unterkunft in der friedlichen Natur von Foça mit herrlichem Meer- und Bergblick, ist schlicht, hell und komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügt über eine ausgestattete Küche. Neben dem Doppelbett steht ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung. Diese Schlafmöglichkeiten eignen sich für Kurzaufenthalte und bieten nicht den gleichen Komfort wie das Hauptbett. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Meer und dem Zentrum entfernt und ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub inmitten der Natur.

Paradise On Earth

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Kızlan mahallesinde yer alan evlerimiz Akdeniz ve Ege denizinin tam ortasındadır. Akdenize 4 km, ege denizine 5 km, Datça Merkeze 5 km, Eski Datçaya 3 km. Market, manava, fırına uzaklığımız sadece 500 metre. 1 çift kişilik yatak 1 açılır kanepe ve asma katımızda 1 tek kişilik yatak mevcut.
