Small stone house in Ano Syros

This place has a style of its own. Located in the centre of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private ( only for the guests ) upper terrace ( reachable by 2 ladders) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area .Sometimes cats come by to say hello , pls don’t feed them. Many restaurants and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros ,there are many!

You can choose to use the air conditioners, the two portable fans, or just open the windows and enjoy the views. The modern rain shower has plenty of room. A short walk from Kamara and the restaurants and shops of Ano Syros, but not too close:)

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Το κατάλυμα Dominic Near The Port βρίσκεται 30 μέτρα από το λιμάνι. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που δεν θέλουν να έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο και να μπορούν με άνεση να κινούνται με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες όπου η μία έχει διπλό κρεβάτι και η άλλη αποτελείται από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό.

The space consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and two balconies. It is located on the first floor where access is by stairs. There is a TV in the living room and in one bedroom. Wi Fi is high speed, around 70 Mbps. You can enjoy the view from the balcony or even from the living room or the bedroom, sipping your coffee, tea or wine!
