Amazing stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All was well appointed and made for a refreshing vacation! I would book here again and for reference I am a picky traveler. Lol

Luis is an excellent host, and the communication is great. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was happy to help. Luis' place is ideal for a couple or a single person, both for shorter and longer stays. The property is located in a quiet area, but supermarkets and other stores are just a short walk away. Getting to Downtown San Ignacio only takes a 10-minute walk. Wifi and AC are working excellently, and the place has everything you need. I have felt very comfortable and safe here. I highly recommend staying with Luis.

This is an amazing property. Lots of special touches like having beer in the fridge, coffee (once you figure out how to use the filter pods :) cleaning every three days and a free pick up from the water taxi. I didn't remember that I was supposed to advise Francis of my arrival time because I thought there was only one arrival per day from Chetamul. I reached out when I arrived and Francis arranged for transport. Even though I messed up, he rolled with it. The weather was so bad one day, that I didn't go out and he offered to pick up lunch for me. But, the real icing on the cake was when my water taxi back to Chetamul was cancelled because of the bad weather. I ended up taking a ferry to Belize City and Francis contacted a private tour company with an express van that was supposed to leave at noon. He talked them into waiting for the ferry to arrive. Without his help, I would have been on a public bus that would have taken forever to get to Chetamul. Definitely above and beyond!

Stayed with Ali a few times, always great. AC works perfectly, it’s centrally located and easy in and out… Highly recommend

Had a great stay with Bart! Great guy, I’d strongly suggest spending some time with him, and take part in some of his side work. I went to several festivals with him selling flavored ice, awesome to experience the different cultures, from a Mennonite rodeo, to a tilapia festival in creole country, couple La Ruda Maya events! Great eggs, something about the frying pan, but boy were they good. Nothing special about the rental, simple, but very entertaining watching the wildlife, and chickens on the back deck, watch your roommates fly out of the eaves, and comeback in the morning! Take buddy for a walk every morning, but watch Rexy, he’ll try and give you a smooch! I loved my stay there, and would definitely do it again, but you gotta be an outdoor camping type! You’re not at the Hilton! Barb was in the states, so I didn’t personally see her long, but she always returns text, and checks in on you regularly. Quiet, and comfortable for my type of person! Enjoy, and relax!!

Nos quedamos 3 noches. L ubicación de del ARBN es muy buena. La casita cumplió con nuestras expectativas; era muy cómoda y tranquila. Cuenta con cocina y hay bicis gratuitas disponibles para recorrer la isla (altamente recomendable). Hilda respondió rápidamente y nos dejó guardar nuestro equipaje luego del check out. a little off the beaten path - so very peaceful. Herbie the local croc lives on the river - you will see him. We also saw a large snapping turtle from the balcony. Terrific place. great ppol. I recommend you get the driver for the transfer airport and stop at the grocery store coming in. There is a restaurant at the the next door resort - a short walk - which is very good - but that is it unless you hire the driver (who is excellent and affordable). less than 20 mins to belize city, if you need a city fix, and from there a 45 minute water taxi to Caye Caulker - not to be missed. I highly recommend this place

Loany’s place is close to the centre of town, but up a high hill, so it has a fabulous view and feels like it’s in the country. Lovely breeze the 3 days we were there. The location was really special. The front patio is great and makes up for the limited space in the kitchen. The bedrooms were air conditioned which was nice. The cooking area and stove are small and the oven was a bit slow to heat and no baking pan so not good for cooking big meals but everything worked fine and there were lots of plates/glasses/utensils. The whole town comes alive with roosters and barking dogs at times (sometimes at night too) so I’d recommend turning on a white noise video on your phone before going to bed. It’s an interesting quirk of the town and is not specific to this house. Loany herself was super responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

This is my second time I took this apartment and when I will come next time I would like to stay in same apartment everything was perfect

Rum Point is the perfect chill vacation spot for the whole family with a beautiful well laid out house with tons of room, a great pool and access to the beach. Martin and the team at Rum Point and Turtle Inn are really great, knowledgeable and the perfect hosts. But the real hosts of this place are the dogs that live at Rum Point and make it feel like home. We all fell in love with the dogs. The activities we booked through Turtle Inn included incredible hikes, zip lines, rafting, horseback riding, Mayan ruins, great fishing and a wild cave / water adventure. We loved this beautiful, clean and relaxing place.

Nous avons passé 11 nuits au Brahma Blue Hostel, à 5, avec nos 3 enfants. Ce lieu a été parfait pour notre séjour ! Paisible, à distance du monde et du bruit de la ville, propre, très joliment décoré, dans les extérieurs comme à l'intérieur de l'appartement (le joli pliage des serviettes et les fleurs étaient très agréables et accueillants !).Les enfants comme les adultes avons bien profité de ce lieu, et de la piscine ! Les navettes en bateau conduites par le personnel très sympathique, toutes les deux heures, chaque jour pour aller et venir vers le centre de San Pedro nous ont bien plu. Quant au personnel, tous ont été très serviables, discrets et toujours présents lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous recommandons ce lieu si vous cherchez la quiétude sans être loin de la ville.

We were two couples who stayed in Michelle’s condo fairly last minute when our accommodations were cancelled. Check in was smooth with Jack”s assistance and condo was great. Perfect space for the 4 of us . Edwin and his family were lovely and always ready to take us on the boat ride across the canal for the short walk/bike ride to town. Edwin and Jack were both very responsive and always willing to help arrange cabs/excursions. Would definitely stay again.

Buena ubicación, tuvimos algunos problemas y nos resolvieron muy rápido. Muy buena atención, nos prestaron bicicletas para andar por el centro de la ciudad.

Owners were very kind and helpful. Always felt safe and secure. Spacious accommodations! Really appreciated the bottled water! View was awesome and responses to questions or needs were quickly answered. Highly recommend!
