Impecable, excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos del centro, hermoso barrio, super tranquilo para dormir. Lleno de amenidades, la heladera con agua fresca, bebidas, y hasta leche, yogures y manteca. Alfredo responde muy rápido y está dispuesto para cualquier duda o necesidad. Nada para criticar! Gracias Alfredo!

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Great place to stay in the heart of Bologna. Check in was easy. Link and details required prior which arrive just before check in time (3pm). Once you complete these you receive a code which opens the automatic door from the street and is then required each time you enter. Ivan's place was immaculate. Comfortable beds and a large open space definitely suitable for 2 couples or a family. Ivan was immediately responsive and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again

Host estremamente cortese, appartamento molto pulito, adatto per i nostri dipendenti che viaggiano per lavoro ed hanno bisogno anche di zona comode ma tranquille. Ottimi spazi e molto ben attrezzato. Posizione ideale per spostamenti e facile da raggiungere. Consigliamo sia per lavoro che che vacanze. Molto cortesi.

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

We had a great stay in the center of the market. Plenty to do and see close by. Busy area, but quiet bedroom. Very responsive host. I recommend and will stay here again on our next visit.

Loved our stay here! Super close to the city center, but tucked away enough to be nice and quiet after a busy day of sightseeing. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Alessandro è stato un ospite eccellente. Ci ha accolti di persona e ci ha mostrato l’appartamento, che è molto comodo e accogliente. È completamente ristrutturato, arredato con grande gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, il che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il riscaldamento è regolabile e permette di mantenere una temperatura ideale. Anche la posizione è perfetta: a due minuti da numerosi ristoranti e osterie, e a circa dieci minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Inoltre, è ben collegato con gli autobus. Alessandro ha reso il nostro soggiorno facile e confortevole. Senza dubbio lo ricontatterò la prossima volta che visiterò Bologna. Grazie!

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

We zochten een rustige locatie, op relatief korte afstand van Bologna, om een beurs te kunnen bezoeken. Het is een heerlijk ruim en schoon huis met als extra feature de fazanten als buren. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. En Federica is een fantastische host die snel reageert en meedenkt.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung und würden sie wieder nehmen, falls wir nochmal mit 5-6 Leuten nach Bologna kommen - Schöne Wohnung - gut zu erreichen vom Hauptbahnhof - man ist nicht im historischen Stadtzentrum aber kann es zu Fuß gut erreichen - genügend Platz für 5-6 Personen (drei zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten; zwei vollwertige Badezimmer (jeweils mit Dusche Spiegel und Föhn); jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ausreichend Schränke und Tische für jeden) - sauber, wie man es sich wünscht - gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine; Spülmaschine; Waschmaschine; angemessene Menge an Handtüchern, Geschirr, Gläsern und Tassen für jeden) - angenehme unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Carlotta

Sono stata benissimo! Gli host sono persone meravigliose, accoglienti e disponibili, sempre pronti a farci sentire a nostro agio. La casa era pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, e il giardino un piccolo angolo di paradiso. I loro cani sono dolcissimi e ci hanno fatto compagnia con grande affetto. La colazione è stata ogni giorno una coccola indimenticabile, preparata con amore e prodotti freschi. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa, anzi forse anche meglio! È raro incontrare persone così autentiche e ospitali – un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie di tutto!

L’alloggio e’ confortevole, recentemente ristrutturato, sito in un antico palazzo con più appartamenti. Adatto a max 3 persone. Nel centro di Bologna, dietro la torre degli Asinelli la cui sommità si vede dalla finestra della camera. Gentile la signora Sonia che ci ha permesso il checkin 1 ora prima(alle 14:00).

Lovely apartment full of rustic charm. Very well equipped. Marco is lovely and allowed us to check in early while we dealt with a family emergency. We would definitely stay here again!

Eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Bologna. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min im historischen Stadtkern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Ruhe genießen kann.

We had a great stay at Sergio's. He and his wife were so friendly and waited to let us in the apartment even though we were delayed to arrive at the place. The place itself was spotless, super clean and organized plus everything worked perfectly. The location was great, 10 min walking from the city center but also very quiet at night (plus an amazing ice cream place right under the building). Sergios was also extremely helpful with our car and parking issues, as we didn't know we had to pay for the ZTL driving zone, he helped sort it out with a lot of patience! Sergio was also very responsive and very easy to communicate with. would definitely go back for another visit. Thank you Sergio for a great stay!

Parfait petit logement. Très bien placé avec une très belle vue sur la très jolie place. Tout est fait pour être bien aceuilli et passer un très agréable séjour.

Damiana is a great host and communicated very well with us. The apartment is modern and comfortable, yet it is within a traditional grand house. It has a little terrace at the back which is charming, quiet and perfect for two people to sit and relax with a glass of Soave or Pinot Grigio ??!! The location is brilliant, fairly central and only a few minutes walk to the main square. Bologna has a lot to offer and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.
