L'appartamento offre anche una zona esterna per rilassarsi o mangiare all'aperto. Il residence è dotato di un'ampia piscina condominiale ed ampi spazi verdi con posti auto. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort per un comodo soggiorno e può ospitare fino a 6 persone contando di 2 stanze + 1 divano letto.

E' parte del "podere67" composto da questa casa, da una abitazione secondaria (casa rossa) e da un giardino condiviso e attrezzato di circa 2000 mq. Si trova a due passi dalle spiagge di Barricata e Conchiglie.

La Casa di Olga

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
