It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

The amenities, such as bicycles for guests use, home-made Thai food (if desired), the gym, picnic hampers and beach kit all ensure that guests' needs are very well met. The hosts are on site to provide support.

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.
