The St. Moritz train station is within 12 minutes walking distance. The lake of St. Moritz sits at the doorsteps of the apartment building. Bus stops are only 1 mins from the apartment with public transport taking you to all major skiing areas in the region such as Signalbahn, Corviglia, Corvatsch, Sigls, Diavolezza and Fextal). The funicular bringing you up to the slopes of the Corviglia is also easily reachable within 5 mins walking distance. Also St. Moritz Bad with its restaurants, ice ring, indoor pool and riding facilities is reachable within few minutes walking or public transport. You have access to the whole studio consisting of the living room (incl. 2 beds) balcony, kitchen (separate), bathroom incl. toilet and storage room for luggage or skiing equipment.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.
