We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

Wonderfully located for beaches and places to visit. Fantastic house for our group. Very well equipped with lots of parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a really lovely break as a family of 2 adults and our 4 (tween/teenage) kids and dog at Hope cottage. The house was lovely & clean and had everything we needed, with enough space for everyone to relax. The area is beautiful, with plenty of lovely beaches, walks, little towns/villages to explore, pubs & restaurants within easy reach. The park in the village was also a big hit with our kids! The house was private, and not overlooked. Unfortunately, we had a few little things go wrong during our stay, but Amelia was great in communicating with us throughout and sorted everything as quickly as possible. It didn’t spoil our time away at all and we would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. The hot tub was an extra treat after being out in the afternoon. Thanks very much Amelia 😊

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

Perfect cottage for the perfect weekend, Jolls is a credit to its owner, David thank you our 60th birthday celebrations couldn’t have been any better in the picture perfect Jolls, we didn’t want for anything an excellent ‘Fully’ equipped kitchen, a garden to die for with the hot tub, cosy bedrooms and a lovely welcome basket, dog friendly also which is a massive bonus to us (he loved it🐶) no surprise it is always booked, we consider ourselves lucky to have found an available weekend it mattered……if you get a cancellation for Christmas pencil us in X Lynn & Steve

We wanted to unwind and get away from the city and that's exactly what we got. It's a beautiful location, the house was specious and had some nice surprises. We found a lot of old school toys and a great selection of books for children for our little one to be entertained most of the day. it was very much appreciated. the host came by to say hi and was very kind. the leaflets and instructions left in the house were invaluable. She was also lovely to communicate via messages. Very much recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here, great and friendly communication from Camilla, lovely card left for our anniversary, and a selection of things for breakfast there was lovely, dog friendly, own secure back garden to allow the dogs to wander outside and access to the paddock for the dogs to run about off lead was amazing. It was immaculately clean and just perfect in every way. Local shop around the corner couple of minutes walk, really recommend the blacksmiths arms pub for food, but make sure you have room as the portion sizes are large, but the food is spot on. Our first trip to Lincolnshire and will definitely be returning, it's a lovely part of the country with loads of walks and beaches. Lots to explore. And this Air BnB is an absolute gem.

Beautiful stay in this gem of a cottage. Joanne and Glen were so warm and welcoming and responded very quickly to our messages. They have created a fantastic place and you can clearly see the love that has gone into this home. We would totally recommend it and were thrilled with how lovely the decor was and how clean it was. Some gorgeous touches from the breakfast food to the dog treats and blankets etc. The setting is so tranquil and the garden was just fabulous. We loved it here, our dogs loved it here and we can’t wait to return. Great walks on your doorstep and some nice pubs within walking distance. Thank you so much for having us and making our stay memorable.

Everything about Fiona’s place was tremendous. Fiona’s communication was great. The house was very easy to find. Spotlessly clean, everything you could wish for along with a big comfy bed, soft fluffy towels and the little gifts were so yummy and very much appreciated. Our little dog Freddie loved his treats too. The enclosed back garden was an added bonus. It is a very nice area, some lovely dog walks. We ate at the Rose and Crown, the food was amazing and great that you can walk to it. Would highly recommend Fiona’s. Unfortunately we got stuck in the Friday traffic so didn’t get to spend as much time as we would have liked, just means we have to come back for a return visit ⭐️

Really lovely cottage. Fantastic location 2 minutes from the high street, 5 minutes from the beach. Off street parking. Comfy beds, super clean, recently redecorated which was noticeable.

Mollie's Cottage is just beautiful beyond words. The whole cottage was immaculately clean and had every possible thing you could need, even thoughtfully placed blankets. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever stayed at. We were also welcomed by some delicious treats which we all enjoyed. The cottage is in a perfect location, far enough away to be peaceful but also within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Outside there is a well fenced garden area with chairs and a table and then further seating where you can sit by a field of very friendly cows (no they didn't smell!) the overall outside space with parking is significantly bigger than other places we have stayed. Amber is a truly wonderful host, always there if you need to know something, she checked we were ok and if we needed anything and also offered recommendations of local places to eat or visit, all done in a very friendly way. Would I recommend Mollie's Cottage? 100% without a doubt

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

We had a lovely stay here at Easter time. The cottage was cosy and clean, and the kitchen fully equipped to prepare all of our meals. We stayed with our 18 month old, so also loved the stair gate, high chair and big bonus of the recreation ground and play area in the field behind the cottage, we were there every day! Location was great for day trips, and the general store had everything you could need (and more!).

We had the most wonderful stay at Dave’s house. The photos don’t really show clearly enough how much space there is! It was so lovely to have so much room to relax in. We loved Thornham, there was so much to do so close by. We also really appreciated Dave’s comprehensive note on all the local attractions and tips. It saved us so much research and was spot on.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

Absolutely stunning place to stay unique and beautiful cottage very spacious , warm and beautifully presented - cosy and really peaceful - really comfortable beds - would definitely stay again -very friendly and welcoming Host -had everything you needed for a comfortable stay with a very well equipped kitchen too

One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - spotless and beautiful. There are two great circular walks from your doorstep and the locale is indeed beautiful as is the garden. Garden great for our dogs too.
