Alfonso y Marcela fueron excelentes en comunicación desde la reserva hará el momento de check out . El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a solo 5 min caminando está un supermercado, al salir del edificio está una pequeña tienda y al rededor hay más pequeñas tiendas y farmacia a menos de 5 min . Los puntos de mayor interés como plaza mayor , puerta del sol y km 0 a tan solo 5-10 min . Gran vía unos 15 min caminando . Cerca hay gran variedad de restaurantes locales y también una estación de metro . El apartamento está bien equipado en su cocina y las camas súper cómodas . Súper recomendado . Para llegar al piso hay ascensor pero también debes bajar escaleras o subir , eso estaba en la descripción del apto también , todo muy bien explicado

El apartamento es tal cual la descripción y Fernando fue muy amable y flexible a la hora de llegada y entrega de las llaves! El barrio es perfecto y tiene un montón de bares y comercios cerca, ademas de estar al lado del aeropuerto. Repetiría sin duda.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

Cozy apartment in centre. Nice detail and design ideas.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Jea, for making my stay so pleasant and easy. tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

La estancia muy céntrica, justo en el casco histórico de Toledo, muy interesante todo. La casa aparte de estar muy cómoda con todos los servicios ( limpio y ordenado todo, no hace falta llevar nada), queda muy cercana a buenos restaurantes, comercios, farmacias...a todo se puede ir a pié. Los anfitriones muy amables, siempre pendiente de nosotros, recomendandonos sitios de excelente gastronomia, lugares históricos de la zona. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos a repetir la experiencia. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten met mijn gezin. Katherine is een fijne en flexibele host. Gemakkelijk in de omgang en vriendelijk. Het appartement is in nette staat opgeleverd, schoon, ruim en veel natuur. Dank voor de fijne verblijf!

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

Het appartement was proper, rustig en gezellig. Op wandelafstand van get openbaar vervoer waarmee je via een rechtstreekse lijn meteen in het centrum van Madrid bent. Nacho had ons ook enkele restaurants in de buurt aangeraden die ons erg gesmaakt hebben. Nacho is een erg vriendelijke host en reageer snel op de vragen die je hebt.

Apartamento cercano a aeropuerto , a locales comerciales , en un condominio muy tranquilo y seguro . Alex nos esperó con el sofá cama habilitado lo cual fue de gran ayuda para nosotros que arribábamos de madrugada . Solo nos complicó el no tener hervidor de agua , pero es por costumbre en nuestro país a usarlo para todo( solucionable por cierto ). Indicaciones claras y el anfitrión siempre atento y muy amable
