Lauren’s place was the perfect weekend escape! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the backyard with the tiki hut and boat lift was a dream—especially for my husband. We brought our boat and loved having it right behind the house. Lauren was super responsive and even helped while we were out on the water. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Loved the updated furniture, kitchen and spacious layout. Our grandkids visited and had so much fun in the pool and visiting nearby attractions. The location was perfect for our family providing both peace and convenience. Also loved seeing dolphins in the canal and the burrowing owls of course!

This was home away from home, anything u need to cook is in the kitchen, very well stocked with any dish or utensil u may need! The water with a little beach area is within walking distance a couple streets over. Mark was very attentive when I asked to extend last minute. We had zero complaints.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. She even got balloons as a favor so they would be there at check in!! We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful as we got stuck in the Tampa airport overnight. While there are some homes destroyed from the hurricane and others being built, it did not subtract from the beauty of this newly remodeled and updated home. The pool isn't heated so it made for a chilly spring break (or refreshing depending on how you look at it) but Lisa is discussing this update with the owners.

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We had a great time in Cape Coral thanks in large part to the perfect house. David’s place felt brand new and had everything you would need on a vacation. The outdoor area with sand pit, pool, hot tub, and kitchen was ideal for relaxing, swimming and dining. Being on the canals also made for great views. Robert from the management team was very helpful from the day we got there, and if there were any questions they were answered immediately. We’ve stayed in many houses through Cape Coral, and this one was by far the best. Will definitely try and stay here again.

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

We loved our stay! Everything was as described. Fully equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, beautiful large bedrooms (all 3 of them) with comfortable beds and each has a full bathroom. Everything is clean, updated and nicely decorated. We loved the kayaks and lounging by the pool. The beach is an easy walk and it is about a mile to nearby restaurants, which is easily walkable. We didn’t use the beach chairs and toys, but they had plenty along with a wagon to tote it over to the beach. The canal behind was fascinating, with all sorts of birds and fish jumping around. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

Such a comfortable home. It felt like home and had everything you need for a great stay. The side fenced yard was great for the dogs!

We had an enjoyable stay at your "poolside paradise". The home was more than comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The home is in close proximity to many dining options and activities. Would highly recommend to a family looking to relax and enjoy some peace & quiet. * One thing I must add the 1st picture of the canal view is no longer accurate, unfortunately the surrounding neighbors have put up hedges which are becoming overgrown and obstructing the view

Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Such a perfect little spot! We had the best stay here and I would absolutely be back in a heartbeat. The space is so cute and clean and provided everything you need for a beach getaway. The hosts were extremely responsive and welcoming. Can’t recommend this place enough, thanks for having us!

Perfect, pet friendly, beach cottage a half block from the pristine sand of FMB; Brand new and uber clean. While the island itself is still under construction., we enjoyed our time at this small slice of Heaven.

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.

Our family loved staying at Paul and Alicia’s house. It was so beautiful and so clean. The location is perfect right across from the beach and super close to Publix for all your grocery needs. This house was my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are pristine. My husband loved the huge tv in the living room to watch the football draft on. We live very close by in Cape Coral and our family is already planning on coming back to stay at Paul and Alicia’s on our next Ft Myers Beach trip. Easy Five stars :) !!! Thank you again!

Unit was as listed. Clean and close to the beach. Jesus was responsive and came over and introduced himself after I checked in.
