Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Eddy was a great host. The apartment was just as described, enough space for 4 people. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Ce fut vraiment au-delà de nos attentes. Le logement est magnifique, bien équipé, surtout la salle de bain qui est grande et très commode. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit chaleureusement. L’hôte répond dans des délais très courts. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. Nous avons tout aimé!

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Met z'n tweeën 2 nachten in dit prachtige appartement verbleven. De host is super flexibel, onze vlucht was gewijzigd en daardoor kwamen we pas tegen middernacht aan, dit was geen enkel probleem. Goede, duidelijke uitleg van alles bij aankomst. Het appartement zelf is perfect gelegen, net buiten het drukke centrum, op 50 meter van de tram en bushaltes. Kom je met de auto dan is er om de hoek een parkeergarage. Binnen is alles spik en span, verschillende gescheiden ruimtes en het ziet er gezellig uit. De badkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien maar daardoor wel wat aan de krappe kant. De douche zelf erg klein maar voor iemand met een groot postuur nog wel te doen. Al met al een goed verblijf gehad, raad het anderen zeker aan!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

O local corresponde às fotos e muito mais. O jardim é lindíssimo e super tranquilo. A casa tem muitos detalhes e móveis antigos lindos. Adoramos estar lá. Pamela nos enviou todos os detalhes de check-in e nos recebeu super bem. A casa tem uma cozinha super completa e uma cama muito confortável. Está muito próxima a estação de trem e é de fácil acesso. Recomendo muito a estadia!!!

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 2 stellen. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Mooie locatie, net onder de rivier de Arno. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn lopend goed te bereiken. Het kan 's avonds wat gehorig zijn, neem voor de zekerheid oordopjes mee als je daar gevoelig voor bent. Zowel harde als zachte kussens aanwezig, extra dekens indien nodig. Bij aankomst stonden er 2 flesjes water klaar, en douchegel/zeep in de badkamer. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, o.a. nespresso en zelfs een elektrische melkopschuimer! Het is even zoeken hoe het werkt met koken/gas. In het appartement ligt een map met uitleg. Ook reageert de host heel snel op vragen! Er zijn wel wat kleine dingen niet goed onderhouden (losse badkamerkraan, los handvat raam, beschadiging tafelblad), maar dat doet niks af aan het plezier om in het appartement te verblijven. Ik raad het aan!

Lisa Jane’s townhouse in Montalcino was perfect with breathtaking views of the Tuscan valley. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was a great base for exploration of nearby Tuscan towns we visited- Pienza(35 min), Sienna(55), Castilogne Della Pescaia(65), Pitigliano(90) and Montepulciano(45). Also get your int. driver’s license from AAA. Save the hassle of being pulled over like we got. Lisa Jane was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and waiting for us upon our arrival! She explained everything and gave great recommendations. The townhouse has everything you need - we made great use of the provided umbrellas! I will point out the exact location could be tricky for people with mobility challenges. The entrance is about halfway up or down(depending which way you access) a small street with a very steep incline. We did fine, but my watch alerted me to a 4X increase in average stairs! We highly recommend!!

Very central position, but still quiet and peaceful. All the main attractions closed by. A really clean and well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible apartment - spacious, spotless and looks even better than in the photographs! Finished with a unique combination of classical wall decorations and modern fixtures and furnishings. The location is fantastic. An easy walk from the train station, if you choose to do so, and just steps away from the Piazza del Duomo. In the heart of everything Florence has to offer. And you could not ask for better hosts than Simona and Jacopo. Super responsive and very helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Florence, look no further - you’ve found it here. A five star property all the way!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Great location, very walkable and easy to access! Right in the heart of things. We were kept up one night by tenants over us, we could hear them walking around loudly and moving chairs and tables after 1 am. We told Sabrina and she helped out by messaging the owner of the property. It was quieter the next night.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!

Loved this quiet apartment in Santo Spirito, offering incredible views over the Arno and Ponte Vecchio! It’s a fantastic location – we felt like locals away from the tourist bustle, yet easily walkable to everything. Plenty of charming neighborhood spots (bars, restaurants) and a supermarket are close by (amazing wine bar across the street!). The kitchen is small but functional, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly (very convenient!). Luca was a helpful host with great local tips. Excellent choice for a Florence stay!
